I am visiting my mother in San Antonio, I am from Virginia, when she expressed her desire to get a new will. I was leaving in four days and called and left messages at many law firms trying to get an appointment. Ms. Ramsey was the only one who called me back and within a half an hour. She got my mom in the next day, Friday. Her Professionalism, attentiveness, and caring demeanor to our situation was impressive and her desire to help went OVER and BEYOND anything we could have hoped for. She prepared the documents and since my mom is disabled, she brought the documents to our house bringing a mobile notary and two witnesses the next day, a Saturday, for signature. She knew I was leaving on Monday to head home and gave up her weekend to help us out even making copies and bring them back over later. I have never met anybody so willing to help and go out of her way. I can’t believe people like her still exist! I highly, highly recommend her.

I consulted Ms. Ramsey for possible probate assistance after the passing of a family member. She was personable, professional, knowledgeable and patiently listened to me during a difficult time. Here is the important part: she recommended we NOT proceed at that time. This recommendation was the best advice for me, but not for her as it did not generate any revenue for her firm. Fast forward two years and she again took the time to review new information and we again agreed to wait for her possible legal assistance. It is rare today to find a professional who you can trust to give you excellent service and advice, even though it has yet to directly benefit her. We highly recommend using Amber Ramsey at Ramsey Law to create your Trust, Will, etc. We started this process unaware of how much goes into creating the legal documents to protect yourself and your family. Amber and Kari have been thorough in working with us to ensure we are protected and patient with us as we had to make some decisions we were not aware we needed to at the beginning. Amber helped us decide on the best options we needed without trying to sell us on any of them. She simply informed us of the options and let us decide what would be best for us. We decided on the Revocable Trust, and we also added a pet trust that helps us feel confident our pets will be cared for should they survive us. Amber walked us through the scenarios that should be anticipated to protect our financial and property assets best. The trust package also included a Durable POA, Medical POA, Directive to Physicians, Appointment for Disposition of Remains, Declaration of Guardian, Warranty Deed, and our Wills. They even provided a checklist to assist us on what actions we needed to take after we completed the trust package. We could not have had a better experience and again, highly recommend using Ramsey Law. We had already waited too long to do this, but glad we have completed it!!
