Estate Planning

(Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, POA Package for Young Adults, Guardian Designations, Transfer on Death Deeds, Ladybird Deeds, etc.) These are documents designed to entrust the RIGHT people to make decisions in the event of a serious illness/injury or death, exclude people who should not be in positions of power, set up assets to pass how you want, and protect loved ones.

Probate Estates

(Probate of Wills, Heirship Determinations, Affidavits of Heirship, Small Estate Affidavits, Applications to Sell Property, etc.) This includes the legal paperwork, and often court proceedings, involved in dealing with someone’s property, financial assets, and debts after they pass.

Guardianship

(Guardian of Estate, Guardian of Person, Court Management Trusts) This includes the legal paperwork and court proceedings involved in managing the personal, medical, and/or financial affairs of a person who lacks capacity to manage their own affairs.
