Will San Antonio

Ramsey Law, PLLC provides carefully customized Wills and Trusts to its clients based on a detailed review of their specific needs and circumstances.

These documents also come with several other very important tools, including a Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, Directive to Physicians, Designation of Guardian Before Need Arises, and Appointment of Agent for Disposition of Remains. There are additional documents offered depending on the situation, including Designation of Guardian for Minor Children, Transfer on Death Deeds, Ladybird Deeds, Supplemental Needs Trusts, etc.

Let’s protect what matters most.

There is no one-size-fits-all estate plan. What you often lose with fill-in-the-blank forms, online software, non-attorneys, attorneys who don’t primarily practice this area of law, and even attorneys provided through estate planning websites, group plans, etc. is that attention to detail. What you lose when you use a non-attorney to prepare legal documents can be much greater as these have created some of the worst probate scenarios I have seen.

You want an attorney who can spot issues specific to your circumstances based on their experience in probate court. You want an attorney who is willing to put in the time necessary to draft language that will protect you and your wishes as much as possible. You do NOT want your name plugged into a stock form and on you go. You do not want your family to find out the hard way that your documents create more problems than benefits. Your wishes may sound simple, but the language to properly carry out those wishes (and all of the things you need to consider before putting those wishes to paper) require a good estate planning attorney.
